PMDU: Strap-on-Glasses

I forgot I finally decided what one of the customized vouchers was going to be used for. I realized that with Celes's ears it might be awkward with the ear pieces. So I decided why not make them straps? I mean I used to were a strap on my glasses when I played Junior Varsity Basketball so it should work. Also...it will work a bit better with the designs I'm doing for her.
